Monday - Friday Day Shift

As a
Retail Field Service Rep
at Galls, you will be responsible for all service-related items within an assigned territory. Service-related activities will include fittings events for ballistic vests, uniforms, and other products, along with delivering completed uniforms to agencies with delivery requirements. When you are not working in the field, you will assist with retail operations in the branch (store) location.
WHAT YOU WILL DOWork closely with Branch Manager, Outside Sales Executives, Inside Sales Account Representatives, and other Galls teams to schedule on-site fittings or other customer-related activitiesWork within the store when not performing retail field tasksStock vehicle with necessary equipment on a weekly or periodic basisEnsure the highest level of customer satisfactionAbility to travel extensively for customer appointments, including some overnight travelWork with manufacturer's representatives from the vendor communityProvide information to Galls branch locations in territory to enable strong customer serviceMaintain active involvement with customers to ensure satisfactionAssist customers in Branch when not performing Branch Service Rep responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned to meet business needs
WHAT YOU WILL BRINGGeneral knowledge of Galls business and product categories preferredAbility to work independently and manage territory - strong time-management and drive requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail; must be able to multi-taskCommitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceProficient in internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
