Overview

The successful candidate should live local to any of these locations for occasional travel for meetings and events:Chandler AZ, Denver CO, Plymouth MN, Houston, Dallas TX, Manchester NH, or NYC.Exception for Manchester NH, candidates have flexibility to be in the office 1 - 2 days each week.As a Senior Staffing Support Specialist you will manage customer fulfillment opportunities and interface with the sales team to drive and promote staffing services for the On Demand IT Services group.

Responsibilities

The essential functions of this position include:Coordinate the entire staffing sales cycle from opportunity to invoicingEnsure corporate policies and proper paperwork is in place for all placements of candidatesWork with sales team nationally to qualify and fulfill staffing opportunitiesInteract with customer to define job requirements and coordinate interviewsInterface with candidates for pre-screening purposesMaintain relationships with placed resources at customer sites to obtain status of the engagementMaintain and grow relationships with customers on engagements to establish possible new businessAttend customer meetings and sales team meetings when possible to grow & promote the staffing businessMaintain a candidate database via Applicant Tracking SystemPerform additional administrative tasks, as assignedQualifications

High school Diploma requiredBachelor's Degree PreferredRecruiting skills preferred3-5 Years+ of staffing support experienceGood understanding of staffing servicesExcellent customer service & multi-tasking skillsWell-skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookExcellent organization skillsWorks well with management & fellow colleaguesAble to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlinesCustomer-facing skillsWorks well under pressure in fast-paced & exciting environmentGeneral business understandingPosition Specifics

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $55,000 and $65,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Physical Requirements
