Be part of the team that manages our global instance of Salesforce, supporting over 5,000 sales and service users in 100 countries.Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements using a variety of methods to support business analysis and solution developmentPerform hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce and App Exchange productsSupport, coordinate, write test scripts, and provide testing in all stages of SDLC (Unit, Integration, Testing, and UAT)Identify essential components in a solution design, distinguishing them from optional or nice-to-have elementsCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare or groom user stories as part of an Agile scrum teamProactively communicate and collaborate with clients and technical teams to prioritize requirements, propose potential solutions, identify quick fixes or workarounds, and develop model business processesGenerate and update analysis artifacts and deliverables to capture business and technical requirements, including use cases, business rules, and business process modelsDrive and challenge IST and business colleagues to optimize designs and work productsCollaborate on weekly production deploys and post-production supportRequirements

5+ years of experience between Salesforce configuration and business analysisBusiness analysis skills to identify technical and process optimization optionsHands-on configuration experience such as flows, validations LEX record pages, and formula fieldsA firm grasp of the Salesforce security & sharing model (OWD, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups)Understand object architecture and relationship model principles such as parent/child, master-detail/lookup/junction relationshipsKnowledge of SOQL, SQL or similar database query languagesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute your workAdept at conducting research into application and process related issues; knowing when to ask for help or escalate an issueExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively drive consensus and collaborate with clients, team members, and managementProficient in effectively present solutions in a demo or peer review setting, explaining the business need, talking through your solution, and answering technical questionsExperience in agile application development and support, enabling effective collaboration within a scrum teamBachelor's in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related STEM fieldRecommended Qualifications

Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience in a high-tech environmentExperience with API management, middleware (Mulesoft), and other integration technologiesExperience with Flosum CICDMaster’s in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related STEM fieldTotal Rewards

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $72,800 - $135,200 USDAbout Esri
