Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support Sales Operations in regards to metrics, systems tools, processes and projects. You will utilize your communication skills, high energy level and attention-to-detail to support a fast-paced sales infrastructure.

The essential functions of this position include:Manage and ensure regional Sales forecast accuracyUnderstand and analyze complex financial dataProvide sales operations reporting to various department managersManage the overall CRM process including forecasting, reporting and internal trainingHelp in all areas of sales operational support such as commissions, P&L, and budgetingFollow ePlus’ performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee’s professional developmentYou are also expected to:Promote an environment of inclusivity and respect, valuing diverse perspectives and encouraging open dialogue among all team members.Collaborate on strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and positive change within the organization.Cultivate a proactive approach to conflict resolution, striving for amicable solutions and escalating concerns as needed.QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required, some college preferred5 or more years of experience in an operations or sales support role in a related industryWilling to dig into problems and come out with fact-based solutionsFamiliarity with finance and accounting principlesStrong working knowledge of database systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skillsA good understanding of technology sales processesStrong interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to communicate effectively with team members, clients and prospectsAbility to coordinate work project resources amongst team membersStrong computer skills and technical knowledge – i.e. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS CRM, ability to learn internal applicationsExcellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to succeed in a competitive, high-performance work environmentSelf-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlinesExcellent work ethicPOSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
