OVERVIEW:

The Manager, Finance - FP&A will report directly to the Director of Finance and support in managing all processes related to Forecasting, Business Planning, Reporting and Analytics. They will provide strategic finance support to business leaders to help guide and grow the various segments and services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Lead the effort on developing and managing data assets for the FP&A team (including design, governance, master data management etc.)Analyze/strategize on vendor agreement structure/pricing models and advising on management presentation approach.Design and execute all technological transformation roadmaps for the FP&A team (including budgeting, analytics and dashboarding).Liaison with the integrations team to facilitate operational efficiencies for the Finance function.Assist in the annual budgeting and business planning process.Provide business leaders with analytics and KPI's that help drive the company forward.Ad-hoc business analyses to drive key decision making.Provide periodic variance analyses to explain operational drivers.Develop financial models and templates to support the forecasting process.Other special projects as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

Prior experience with project management frameworks and leading change management initiatives is preferred.Bachelor's degree in finance/information systems/mathematics or related field.6+ years of Finance/FP&A and/or Finance Transformation experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Advanced MS Suite application skills: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and financial statements acumen required.Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with financial planning software (Hyperion Essbase/SmartView etc.).Strong communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving.Intermediate to advanced skills in analytical/automation platforms like Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate etc.Intermediate to advanced skills in querying database platforms like SQL, AWS, Fabric etc.

Physical Demands:

Work is primarily performed in an office setting. While performing this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, hear, and talk (must be able to speak and communicate clearly.) In addition, the employee may be required to lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.

Overtime:

This position is classified as salaried with an exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position.

Travel Requirements:

Approximately ten percent of travel is required for this position.
