Assistant General Manager
Employment Type:
Part-time moving to full-time as schedule dictates (20-30 hours to start)
Compensation:
$17-$20 per hour + Commission on Individual Sales
Training:
Paid in-house stretching certification and training provided

We are looking for a result-driven Assistant General Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to help manage sales and daily operations at our studio. Do you have sales and management experience in the fitness industry? Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner-assisted stretching. Our locations span across the country, and we continue to grow every day. If selected, the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location.
The Assistant Manager’s role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform practitioner-assisted stretching without limitation
Responsible for maintaining proprietary stretching technique
Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager
Always maintain a positive attitude when working with clients
Dress professionally and maintain proper hygiene according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the company handbook
Contribute to the team environment
Clock-in and out as required in the handbook
Assist in ongoing onsite training for practitioners
Verify all no-show productivity for staff
Responsible for membership retention
Aid Studio with generating leads and appointments as directed
Responsible for managing Lost Sheep Clients with Head Stretch Practitioner
Collaborate with Head Practitioner in proper note audit
Monitor daily sales activities
Participate and contribute to offsite marketing events / pop-ups per GM
Manage offsite events as needed and help with marketing efforts and special events
Perform DEMO sales as needed with direction from GM, 2-3 per week
Help maintain Studio appearance
Sales experience in the health and wellness field desired.
