What You’ll Do
Carmichael NationaLease is a well-established family-owned full-service truck leasing, rental and repair company serving the Chicagoland market for over 73 years. We are seeking a highly motivated, charismatic & relationship-driven Sales Professional to accelerate growth across all lines of our service offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales quotas while providing exemplary customer service.Base Pay $55,000 + /year (depending on experience)Company Benefits:- Friendly, fun work environment- 401K matching- Health/dental insurance- Auto allowance- PTOAbility to Commute:• Chicago, IL 60608 (Required)What We’re Looking For
Position Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of truck related sales experience.• Seek out new business opportunities to grow sales volume and increase profitability.• Understand client’s needs and develop solutions to help them achieve their goals.• Connect and continually cultivate strong relationships with customers.• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.• Develop new business opportunities and/or identify areas of improvement.• Collaborate closely with our Maintenance team to ensure customer needs are continually met to a high level of satisfaction.• Call on prospective customers to solicit new business and provide solutions based on our service offerings.• Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.• Knowledge and experience in the food industry is a major ++
