The Contents Manager we need is a self-motivated and customer service focused professional with strong organizational skills. If you are efficient, thorough, and enjoy managing a process with several moving parts – you’ve come to the right place.
As a Contents Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to leading the Contents/Cleaning team while participating in the restoration of contents subjected to various sources of contamination. You and your team will inspect, inventory, wrap, pack, transport, clean, deodorize, store, and pack back a wide range of contents. At Paul Davis, we help property owners put their lives together after a traumatic event such as a fire or flood.
Responsibilities:
Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork
Writing estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration
Job schedule management and coordination
Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance and insurance adjusters
Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion
Re-inspect job sites for quality control
Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner
Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment
Manage projects contents/cleaning team
Supervise pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items
Perform production processes following IICRC production guidelines per work order
Qualifications:
Dedication to customer service
Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
