at our office in Beaverton, OR.Responsibilities

Invoicing customersAnswering phone calls with excellent customer serviceGeneral sales support including maintaining spreadsheetsCoordinate with others to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenueAssist with miscellaneous tasks as assignedAnalyze sales contracts to properly invoice customersA highly multi-task oriented position with several projects in process at all timesMaintain detailed and organized filesDevelop and prepare regular reports on the status of contractsTrack customer payments and deadlinesQualifications
