Forensic Consultant

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Forensic Consultant to help them in the analysis of building envelope failures resulting in damaged building by moisture intrusion, most often caused by defective construction methods and materials at their Irvine, CA office.Your Day Includes:Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical workManaging repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildingsSupporting litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff supportUtilizing your network of attorneys and insurance adjusters in the local area to develop new business opportunities and grow the firm's service offeringsMust Haves:Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related disciplineExpertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferredExperience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildingsIf you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
