They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.Job Duties:Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of prospects. Utilize various strategies to generate new leads and initiate contact.Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and goals. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and support.Engage in Face-to-Face Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects on a weekly basis to establish rapport, provide product/service demonstrations, and discuss tailored solutions.Social Interaction with Clients: Organize and attend social outings with clients and prospects, such as dinners, sporting events, concerts, and other entertainment activities, to strengthen business relationships.Utilize Sales CRM Tools: Effectively use Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage client information, and streamline sales processes for maximum efficiency.Drive Outbound Sales Efforts: Execute proactive outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and personalized outreach, to expand the customer base and increase revenue.Minimum Requirements:

Must have Staffing Agency Experience.
