Customer Success Manager

to manage Cisco Lifecycle and Enterprise Agreement opportunities within our current client base. The CSM will be responsible for managing Lifecycle and Enterprise Agreement opportunities, working with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and tracking our clients’ success accomplishing their business and technical objectives with the solutions purchased. The CSM must successfully balance the need to exceed quota targets while ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience that creates value and client satisfaction, while deepening engagement.We welcome your experience and talents to our team!Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 (2) years of IT experienceExperience in implementing IT strategies and a technology roadmap for multiple clientsPossess strong knowledge of technology infrastructureProject Management experience a plusTechnical certifications are a plusKnowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and Lifecycle programStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skillsUnderstanding of financial concepts, TCO, and ROIDetail oriented with strong project management skillsExcellent team playerOverall understanding of technology needs of businessesAbility to communicate technical information in a non-technical wayExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure dynamic environment and adjust to priority changes is requiredCommitment to quality and customer satisfactionSome Of The Exciting Work You Will EncounterRetain and Grow relationships with assigned existing customersBe a Challenger.
