T he Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in building and executing sales enablement programs, optimizing our sales process by equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to drive revenue growth and enhance overall performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDeep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and other relevant sales technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.Experience working in a technology or SaaS industry.

Some Of The Exciting Work You Will Encounter

Create and curate sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, and training materials to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle and engaging with third party vendors for collateral as needed.Develop and conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development sessions for the existing sales team, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and more.Analyze and identify areas for improvement and acceptance of the sales process, working closely with sales and sales operations to implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.Assist with adoption of sales tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and providing guidance on best practices.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Analyze data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to align strategies , gather content and ensure consistency in messaging and processes.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in sales enablement and incorporate relevant insights into the sales enablement strategy.
