And we need you to direct our field operations to help us become a leader in this new burgeoning sector in the renewable energy industry.About the Role:The FP&A Manager will support the CFO and senior management in developing financial forecasts, budgeting, and providing in-depth analysis of operational performance. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment of financial goals with the company's strategic objectives. The FP&A Manager will work closely with various departments to gather insights and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial plans to senior management.Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights to enhance operational and financial decision-making.Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and to ensure financial targets are met and to provide guidance on financial implications of business strategies.Prepare and present regular financial performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and capital allocation decisions.Monitor and analyze business performance against financial plans, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.Support the implementation of best practices in financial planning and analysis processes.Other duties may be assigned as necessary.Collaborate with business systems and IT organizations to drive financial systems enhancements.Education, Training, and Professional Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA or CPA is a plus.5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the manufacturing sector.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling (including three statement modeling) and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence decision-making.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Passion for sustainability and operational excellence in the manufacturing sector.You don’t meet every single requirement?
