This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Nuclear Systems Product Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will own and manage a portfolio of IBPE nuclear systems and engineering products and services from development through retirement. You will follow industry developments and identify new product opportunities. Your work will include:Understand and manage product and services life cyclesOwn new product and services development ideation, develop and manage product roadmaps linked to segmentsAct as the end-to-end product development manager from product conception to product launch for at least 3-4 new products each yearStay informed of new research areas and evolving trends and use the information to help shape new products/services and distribution channels; participate in technical committees, conferences, and industry groupsBe the bridge between business lines and customers; develop key customer relationships and shape opportunitiesAnticipate customer needs and willingness to pay; position products and services based on comprehensive understanding of competitive offeringsDesign and execute impactful market research studies; drive to conclusions and actionable recommendations for the businessRegularly review the existing product portfolio to identify alternative applications, update positioning, enhancements, retirementsDeliver ambitious products with tight timelines; collaborate with customers, engineering, sales, and marketingThis position requires up to 25% travel. This position is offered in the IBPE Product Development team which is responsible for the development and management of products and addressing changing customer needs with Framatome solutions.Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $82,000 - $111,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.Framatome offers a broad employee benefits portfolio as a key component of your total rewards.
