Hill International is seeking a Junior Scheduler in Los Angeles, California
Responsibilities:
Assists schedulers with program schedule updates while coordinating input from various facilities teamsAnalyzes schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrityPerforms QA/QC on P6 schedules and validates logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project typesPerforms QA/QC on contractors' schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and termsReads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have meritPerforms Critical Path and Earned Value analysesAssists the scheduling team in reporting projects as necessary
Minimum Requirements:
One (1) year of full time paid professional experience responsible in scheduling for an owner or general contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projectsFull Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local lawProficiency in Primavera latest version and MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staffSuperior organizational and planning skillsGraduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
The salary range for this position is $82,000 - $112,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
