At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone.SummaryResponsible managing CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) activities with key accounts and maintaining forecast models incorporating business intelligence gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts and other sources.ResponsibilitiesGather and incorporate all source of market intelligence to produce the best possible operational forecast through internal CPFR tools and processesParticipate in weekly conference calls with internal/external customers to review sales, forecast, and commitmentsFacilitate weekly meeting w/ sales teams & customers to generate consensus forecast (sellout/selling)Gather customer's needs and changes in demand as proactively as possibleResponsible for developing individual tools to achieve goals and initiatives set out by team leaderParticipate in meetings to help look for process improvement opportunities and ways to optimize network strategy with customersDevelop YOY analysis tool to compare and validate current forecast (based on promo, run rate, market situations, etc.)Runs forecast review with internal stakeholdersParticipates in key internal meetings as subject matter expertsStrong written, verbal and in-person communication skills required as this position interfaces with customer directlyQualificationsBachelor's degree required in demand planning or related SCM field with 3+ years relevant experienceAPICS certification preferred, not requiredProficiency in MS Office toolsAdvanced Planning systems experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent phone manner and ability to meet tight deadlines to meet deliverables and partner expectationsStrong presentation skills and ability to influence using dataDemonstrated success in taking initiative and multi-tasking in a high pressure environmentPrivacy Notice to California Applicants: At LG, we aspire to empower people and celebrate differences because we believe diversity will create the unexpected.
