If you are a reliable, well-organized person who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you!You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, primarily Customer Service and Scheduling. You'll also assist with the compliance of purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT and overall administrative requirements, to the effective handling of Human Resources administration and employee relations programs.This position will be in the Garage Door Department, helping facilitate and schedule Service Requests.Here is a glimpse of what you will do:Facilitate customer requests for Garage Door Service, utilizing the knowledge of the Garage Door Production Manager(s)Schedule routes for our Garage Door Technicians and InstallersManage records and informationPerform accounting and/or financial analysisMonitor credit and collections activitiesManage daily conversion of quotes to work ordersReview and approve vendor invoicesProvide HR administrative assistance to management teamEncourage and improve cross-department internal communicationGeneral office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)Here is some of what you will need (required):Previous experience in administrative services or other related fieldsDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasksStrong leadership qualitiesMust be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver’s LicenseClear Post Offer Drug ScreenBilingual English/Spanish preferredWhat we offer:Competitive CompensationPaid Holiday and Paid Time OffMedical, Dental and Vision401K MatchingLife & Disability InsuranceEmployee Purchase and Assistance PlansTuition ReimbursementTopBuild Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
