The Provider Experience, Digital Solutions & Provider Operations organization works across multiple areas of the Enterprise and provides critical support for provider partners. The Strategic Planning and Support team plays a key role in implementing new initiatives and experiences, ultimately fostering successful adoption across the broader organization. The Senior Manager will work with business partners to effectively design, implement, monitor, and report progress on these interventions with the goal of enabling business transformation that promotes our providers ability to deliver high quality, accessible, and affordable care for our members.Responsibilities

Using key satisfaction data from providers and members to identify, prioritize, and evaluate the efficacy of solutions to streamline workflows & processes that improve the overall experience.Expanding emphasis on voice-of-the-customer opportunities to accelerate insights & progress across a broader portfolio of initiatives.May play a role in supporting the development & facilitation of key externally facing advisory or council functions with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining effective relationships, identifying and being responsive to established priorities, and supporting preparation for & execution of successful meetings and events.Monitoring the progress of established workgroups, identifying & resolving barriers, and providing ongoing project updates & summaries.Establishing contacts in diverse business areas to keep informed of new learnings, accelerate application of subject matter expertise, and drive impact to Provider Experience.Effectively communicating across and facilitating collaboration within and among teams, including developing communication vehicles (e.g., presentations, written updates).Using best practices in applying change management resources and tools; translating data and insights into prioritized activities for the organization.Leveraging strong project management skills to monitor implementation and achieve successful outcomes across multiple projects.Required Qualifications

6+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: provider relations and/or network operations, strategic partnership development, member experience.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement.Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.Demonstrates flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements.Ability to effectively translate complex business workflows & processes in plain language to promote awareness and understanding.Demonstrate a proactive collaborative approach to service delivery and have a strong customer focus.Conveys strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications

The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
