Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Advanced Therapies Procurement! This onsite/hybrid position is located in Titusville, New Jersey.

This position will be responsible for global EM, Critical Direct Materials, and Service suppliers which bring unique capabilities to the Innovative Medicines advanced therapies platform. The category and spending are highly sophisticated and require close collaboration with team members within the business. This individual will identify, develop, and lead the implementation of procurement goals and strategy as well as the organization's activities and deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, service, and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or supports sourcing initiatives to identify the right supplier partners and build adequate material capacities to support business.

Influence business decision-making to deliver ongoing value improvements and drive competitive advantage.

Lead RFPs applying e-sourcing systems effectively.

Develop / Support category sourcing strategy for defined portfolio.

Proactively engages business partners and/or category managers to identify their needs.

Develop and lead supplier partnerships / external manufacturing partnerships.

Mitigate business risk through understanding of commercial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Lead, support, or engage as a procurement expert in projects.

Represent procurement in End-to-End supply chain initiatives.

QualificationsEducation:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent University Degree is required with a preference of study in business, life sciences or related field.

MBA is preferred.

CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or other certification is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.

Demonstrated skills in Strategic Procurement, Sourcing, Category, and/or Supplier Management.

Proven ability to influence and partner on projects.

Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes.

Preferred:

Experience in End-to-End supply chain initiatives.

A demonstrated ability to work within a Supply Chain or Procurement Category.

Experience in complex team member environments.

Experience with global procurement for External Manufacturing, Materials, and Services.

Strong business and finance competence.

Proficiency with core Procurement skills.

The ability to understand and influence team members on differing viewpoints.

Other:

This position may require up to 10% domestic & international travel.

Requires the ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $135,700.
