In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial initiatives, leading complex projects, and providing strategic insights to optimize financial performance across our physician clinic enterprise.As a senior member of the team, the Coordinator will lead complex financial projects, evaluate process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.What you'll do:Lead and manage financial projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.Analyze physician clinic financials, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis.Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement.Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.Ready to lead the way?Northside Hospital offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
