The company’s vision is to bring sustainable innovation to growers worldwide.The customer success manager will manage, support and grow relationships with both new and existing accounts, focusing on integrations, scaling, product expansion and account management. This role is pivotal in driving impeccable service, onboarding success, account growth, and customer retention.ResponsibilitiesBuild & maintain relationships with growers and prospectsIntroduce growers to company technology and adoption processesCommunicate technology and operation workplan to customersReview account performance, work with different international teams to provide the best service possible.Drive adoption and effective usage of the Robotics systemLead the expansion of the Robotics services within existing customersRequirementsAccount management experience with complex business solutionsDemonstrated achievements working in the agriculture industryProven experience building relationships with growers in CaliforniaDesire to positively impact your community by helping farmers optimize productionAgriculture-related degree from an accredited university – an advantageCertified Crop Adviser or Pest Control Adviser license – an advantageSales / support experience – an advantageMobility between growers’ locationsMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationMust be flexible with scheduleTechnical capabilities: troubleshoot, diagnose problems, replace parts, repair partsAutonomous technology experience – an advantageCompany perksGenerous sick and vacation policySimple IRA plan with Employer 3% match (Retirement)Working with world-class team of engineers and specialists in a VC-backed company.Competitive salary and long-term career opportunities.
