The Business Development Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Sr. Manager in identifying, evaluating, and executing business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, contributing to the overall success of the company.Job Responsibilities

Support with conducting thorough market research and analysis, identifying emerging trends and growth opportunities within target markets.Collaborate with the Business Development Manager in crafting and refining strategic growth initiatives.Assist in the creation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients or partners, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.Support with establishing KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and coordination of business development efforts.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.Experience: 2 years in roles such as business analysis, market research, strategy consulting, or similar fields.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate and model financial data, interpret complex information, derive actionable insights, and make informed strategic decisions.Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel skills are essential; programming skills (e.g., Python, R) preferred.Communication: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented: Attention to detail and accuracy in analysis, reporting, and documentation.Working Conditions

Capable of working in an open concept office environment.Physical Requirements

Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time.
