Job Summary:

Develop and execute business plans for eCommerce Pure Play customers to deliver profitable sales growth. Lead representation at the headquarters of these accounts and develop strategic relationships, business plans and execution impacting performance across all accounts within the team portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of a strategic growth plan to win in digital commerce with Company’s Pure Play customers while optimizing profitability and sales revenue.Serve as primary point of contact for eCommerce customers, fostering strong relationships and building a collaborative partnership.Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders, providing insights, performance updates, and recommending strategies for growth.Implement product, pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies to optimize sales and profitability on customers platform.Partner with Marketing and Customer Activation on digital communication and full-funnel initiatives that give Company portfolio maximum exposure and conversion along the consumer journey.Execute new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact in the marketplace.Transform customer data into actionable insights, seeing real-time impacts to performance metrics like conversion, add to cart, and product page view rate.Oversee the maintenance of strategic initiatives that meet and exceed ROAS goals.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study and 5+ years related work experience OR High School diploma/GED and 9+ years related work experienceSelling, and negotiating with national or regional customer managementDigital commerce and understanding of eCommerce landscapeMust be 21 years of age or olderMust possess a valid driver’s license issued from state in which employedKnowledge of:

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft TeamsGopuff platform, a plusSkilled in:

Requires moderate physical effort.
