As a Residential Program Manager at Glenkirk, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the operations and management of our residential programs. Your responsibilities will include program development, staff supervision, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals in our care. This position requires a strong combination of organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Program Development and Implementation:

Develop and implement residential programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Staff Supervision and Development:

Supervise, train, and mentor residential staff, providing guidance and support.Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.

Client Support and Advocacy:

Collaborate with case managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for residents.Advocate for the needs and rights of residents, promoting a person-centered approach.

Budget Management:

Oversee budgetary aspects of residential programs, including expenses, resource allocation, and financial reporting.Identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of services.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Crisis Management:

Develop and implement crisis intervention and response protocols.Provide guidance to staff in managing challenging situations and emergencies.

Community Engagement:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community, service providers, and relevant agencies.Promote community integration initiatives for program participants.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, etc.) required; Master's degree preferred.Certification as a QIDP or eligibility for QIDP certification.Previous experience in program management, preferably in a residential or similar setting.Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for residential programs.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Compensation and Benefits:Annual salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Retirement savings plan.Professional development and training opportunities.A dynamic and inclusive work environment committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in our care.
