Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting term/pricing procedures & guidelines on low-touch programs with primarily standard term quote requests.Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.Works with department management and outside sales where applicable to analyze and vet programs through profit modeling in effort to optimize program performance, asset quality and profit.Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned programs, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other program quotes/accounts as needed.May perform miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.Qualifications

1-3 years experience in Account Management, Portfolio Management, Relationship Building, Financial Services, Knowledge of Insurance Products.Knowledge of insurance products.Bachelors degree or equivalent.Benefits
