The Integrated Solutions Account Executive (Specialist, Third-Party or Carrier & GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents and/or programs.What You’ll Do

Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting procedures & guidelines.Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.Monitor service requests, quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST’s “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends.Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments, answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed.May perform miscellaneous projects for the Specialty Business management team.Knowledge/Skills/Background

Minimum 1 year experience in financial services, bank operations, wires or similar positionStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detailVery organized with the ability to multi-taskMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as part of a teamBasic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and InternetBenefits
