Responsible for working with the business to manage projects using appropriate methodologies and frameworks. Directs cross functional teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution and approval. Creates and maintains all project level documentation.What You’ll Do

Works with project owners and project teams to determine project scope, objectives, and identify issues and risks.Manages and directs overall project team activities and monitors project status to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines, and escalates and resolves issues as needed.Provides regular project status reports to cross functional teams and management.Creates and/or maintains project documentation such as detailed work plans, flow charts, graphs, status reports, roadmaps, and resources planning documents as necessary.Submits projects through the corporate EPMO process as appropriate, following the change management process and executing projects within the approved framework.Ensures Project Sponsors are kept up to date and prepared to present to the appropriate committee(s) as necessary.Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

3-5 years of experiencePrior Project Management experience preferably within financial servicesExperience working with corporate PMO or EPMOPrior Project Management experience:Determining and defining project scope and objectivesResource ManagementBenefits
