Job Description:
This position will be working on our Workforce Management solution within the Back of Stores domain. We are migrating our WFM platform from WFC to PRO and have a delivery date of March 2027. (Multi-year program).
In this role, the ideal candidate will:
Have experience with the UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) (required)
Understand / have practiced the Agile delivery Methodology
Use JIRA and Confluence to document stories, features / requirements (required)
Have great written and oral communication skills
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
Facilitate the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational).
Ensure the end-to-end solution delivers the required business results.
Drive adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
Communicate with business SMEs to ensure expectations align with project status.
Drive the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements.
Support knowledge transfer to Global Production Support upon implementation.
Develop, monitor, and track plans to create BA deliverables on assigned projects.
Create/revise/execute deliverables using industry-standard techniques, including:
Process Maps
Data Flow Diagrams
Requirements Specifications
Functional Design & Configuration
Use Case Scenarios
Acceptance Testing
Coordinate user activities during the project lifecycle, develop, execute, and validate user acceptance test plans and implementation support.
Maintain focus on process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and the relationship to the business environment.
Conduct functional and technical gap analysis.
Analyze overall project considerations and build the business rationale to provide an ROI and a concrete solution recommendation.
Facilitate gathering of functional requirements.
Support testing requirements (if applicable).
Also Required:
Project management experience (but we are not looking for Project Managers)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent work experience.
8 plus years of experience (required)
