Senior Analyst, UKG Pro Workforce Management.POSITION SUMMARYThe overall responsibility of the

Senior Analyst, UKG Pro Workforce Management

is to provide client support, perform analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation and rollout of technologies to meet Ardents enterprise needs. Lead designated projects within the UKG Pro WFM environment. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the application users and assisting in the implementation of application projects.Responsibilities:Provide support to end users of the UKG Pro WFM system by diagnosing, resolving and documenting application errors.Operate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the UKG Pro WFM implementation.Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality. Assists in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releasesProvide UKG Pro WFM reporting support to the Payroll, Nursing, Accounting and Finance teamsPerform tasks in accordance with IT project plansParticipate in support skills improvement activities including co-worker cross training, attending training classes, and reviewing application related documentationWork with IT Security to identify, implement and maintain security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardwareFollow change management processes for all changes to production systemsPrioritize and complete assigned tasks while reporting progress or escalating problems to managementMonitor, research, and address trends related to reported problemsIndependently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects

Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelors Degree (Computer Science) or equivalent experience5+ years of Kronos/Dimensions/Pro WFM system support experienceHealthcare experience preferredInterface experience a plusBoomi experience a plusDesign, configuration and testing experience with UKG Pro WFMKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrate strong understanding of integration concepts including interfaces and other data transfer or flow methodologiesAbility to stay engaged professionally and positively when working with user and vendor communityDemonstrate strong project management skillsAbility to perform afterhours remote system support as a member of an on-call groupTechnology aptitude and learning abilityHigh level of accountability and ability to work independentlyFlexible with the ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessaryCustomer Service orientedAbility to be productive in a team environmentProject Management skills, knowledge and experienceStrong analytical skillsCritical thinking skills for resolving system, application, or process problemsStrong organization, customer service and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong interpersonal, communication and customer services skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated and eager to learnPossess a high degree of integrity and trust along with the ability to work independentlyPossess an understanding of Desktop applications, Inter/Intranet applications, and emailStrong leadership and motivational skills
