The Business Applications practice at RSM assists clients to strategize and implement the right solutions at the right time to help fulfill their missions. Our Workforce Solutions team provides consulting services to optimize and implement UKG Pro Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions). We are a rapidly growing team seeking a qualified professional with a project management skillset.

The selected individual will be expected to provide overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of client projects within the Workforce Solutions practice. An effective candidate must be a self-starter willing to work closely with the existing project management and consulting team, including the ability to learn through mentorship and on-the-job training as well as self-study. This position can be based anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities include:

Serve as Project Manager for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementationsPartner with the client and lead them through their WFM implementation journey as a trusted advisorMeaningfully engage and manage all stakeholders, both internal and externalDevelop implementation strategy, including a phased approach where appropriateCollaborate with other project managers including client internal PMs and external partner PMsCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop an achievable project planProactively anticipate project risk and develop mitigation strategiesDevelop and maintain a strong project governance planLead, inspire and motivate the project team to achieve project goalsWork closely with UKG Pro teams for joint UKG Pro/UKG Pro WRM implementationsWork within the established Business Applications project management methodology and toolset within the Business Applications practiceSetup project plans and tasks in project management and billing systemsWork with the Business Applications Project Management Office and practice Resource Manager to assign resources to tasks, including forecasting utilization in advanceLead the process of issue identification and resolution throughout the project lifecycleDiscuss and document project status weekly with project team members and key stakeholdersIdentify and communicate challenges and/or changes within scope, schedule, or budgetManage budgets, including monitoring of estimate to complete and other key metricsFacilitate internal and external-facing meetings to ensure completion of agenda items in a timely mannerKeep all project information accurate in the Project Management system of recordManage documentation collection and retention in accordance with firm compliance policyFoster relationships between clients and the RSM teamIdentify areas of cross-functional collaboration

Required Skills and Experience include:

5+ years of UKG Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions) project management experienceExperience with UKG Workforce Management implementation methodology and processA history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverablesProven success managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to confidently identify and manage project riskExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during implementationsUKG implementation certifications strongly preferred. We will provide access to all UKG certifications and trainingExperience with joint UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions implementations is highly desirableAbility to effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks across various projects in an efficient and high-quality mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate within the internal team and with clients through email, instant messaging systems, project management systems, web conferencing, and in personAbility to work well with a virtual-based team in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple delivery formats.Willingness to ask questions, research new skills and technologies, and cross-train as requested.Experience speaking and communicating information (good and bad news) to a large or small audience.Keen sense of details and ability to be proactive to reduce risks or issues.Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation Range: $87,800 - $176,000
