Our Workforce Solutions team provides consulting services to optimize and implement UKG Pro Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions).The selected individual will be expected to lead the operations of the RSM Workforce Solutions UKG Pro WFM practice. An effective candidate will have experience leading UKG Workforce Management teams and be familiar with UKG sales and implementation processes. In addition, an effective candidate will have experience leading UKG WFM and joint UKG Pro/WFM projects, managing client budget and executive relationships, project staffing and UKG product and methodology training.Responsibilities include:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RSM Workforce Solutions UKG WFM practiceDevelop and maintain key relationships with UKG sales, operations, and delivery teamsProactively manage consultant resources and project staffingManagement of client escalations, collaborating with UKG as necessaryMaintain consultant compliance with RSM and UKG training and certificationEngagement oversight for key clients and complex implementationsReinforce adherence to RSM and UKG policies, procedures and implementation methodologyMeaningfully engage and manage all stakeholders, both internal and externalProactively anticipate practice and project risk and develop mitigation strategiesWork closely with UKG and UKG Pro teams for joint UKG Pro/UKG Pro WFM implementationsFoster relationships between UKG, clients and the RSM teamsRequired Skills and Experience include:

Experience leading the daily operations for UKG WFM consulting teamsMastery of UKG Workforce Management implementation methodology and processesExisting UKG relationships across multiple organizations including sales, operations and deliveryA history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverablesProven success managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholdersSuccess managing consultant resources and matching consultants to projects based on client fit, skills and capacityExperience collaborating with client executives and project leadership to develop implementation strategy, manage project budget, staffing and escalations.Ability to confidently identify and manage project risk and develop mitigation plansExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during implementationsExperience with joint UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions implementations is highly preferredAbility to effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks across various projects in an efficient and high-quality manner.Ability to work well with a virtual-based team in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple delivery formats.Willingness to ask questions, research new skills and technologies, and cross-train as requested.Keen sense of details and ability to be proactive to reduce risks or issues.Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to adhere to both firm policies and best practices.Note: You will be encouraged to achieve and maintain certifications applicable to the job (i.e., UKG Pro Workforce Management Certification).At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
