Position: UKG Pro WFM Test Lead
Location: Camden, NJ - Remote
The Test Lead will proactively and holistically lead and support all activities that guide the development and management of testing the UKG Pro WFM solution.
UKG Pro WFM at Campbells will utilize various modules, including Attendance, Accruals, Analytics, Data Hub, basic and Advanced Scheduling, and interfaces that can be bi-directional or one way. This role will also be responsible for developing test scripts for the UKG application as well as ancillary systems such as Workday, which includes employee detail additions, updates, payroll processing (pay calculations), and other ancillary applications.
The Test Lead will need to have a keen grasp of business goals, objectives, business outcomes, business capabilities, value streams, and business process practices. This role will report to the CSC Associate Director of IT, WFM. Below further describes an example of scope including day-to-day activities and expectations:
Develop all test scripts based on the requirements by site and previously created test scenarios.
Detail all steps required to test functionality in scripts.
Address any and all test scenarios previously developed as well as any new scenarios discovered during the project.
HR/Payroll and WFM teams will review test scripts to ensure all items are properly captured and tested.
Train CSC testers on HP ALM, including:
How to access test scripts
How to perform test scripts
How to capture and store test scripts documentation
