OKCandidates need to be fully vaccinated (working in client office)Assistant Project ManagerOur client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with a company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get hands-on experience from a Project Manager in the Utility industry.Responsibilities:Communicate with the Project Manager regarding project needs and goalsMonitor project progressFollow up with PM and client regarding the completion or delay of project phasesSupport the coordination and management of projectsReview meeting minutes and follow up on action itemsPerform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, etc.Maintain project documents and reportsComplete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely mannerWill be required to work from the client location in Spring Valley, NYMust be fully vaccinatedRequirements:5-8 years of experience in project management or a similar rolePrevious management experience with either Electric or Gas distribution experience to support our clients Customer Project ManagersAny Renewable Energy experience is a huge PLUS and strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized and able to multitaskStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to work independently and as part of a team
