Job Description
As a Senior Team Leader in Product Management, you will be the guiding force behind our Team Member technology tools such as food safety, signs and scales, labor and capacity planning, and device experiences. You will provide strategic, technological, and business leadership, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Your mission will be to identify opportunities for enhancing our tech capabilities, ensuring they align with Whole Foods Market’s core values and business objectives.This position is located at our office in Austin, Texas.Key Responsibilities:Develop & Execute:
Craft and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with our mission and vision.Collaborate:
Work closely with partner teams, including business owners, engineering, UX, analytics, and research to ensure seamless integration and delivery.Innovate:
Drive experimentation and testing to enhance product discovery and functionality, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our Team Members and customers.Monitor & Improve:
Keep a pulse on industry trends, stakeholder satisfaction, and usage metrics to identify opportunities for product and process enhancements.Influence Strategy:
Champion cross-functional collaboration, integrating diverse perspectives to enhance strategic thinking across the organization.Develop Talent:
Create personal and team development plans, mentoring Team Members to foster growth in product management skills.What You Bring:Experience:
Proven background in product management within enterprise, retail, or consumer-facing applications, with a strong track record of scaling products for large user bases.Leadership Skills:
2-4 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.Collaboration:
Exceptional ability to build strong partnerships across UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.Education:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred.Why Join Us?
