This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive finance & insurance and passionate about customer service. We are currently seeking an F&I manager to join our amazing team. We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, who can train bright new talent, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and confidently close the sale.
Summary
Selling Finance and Insurance products to vehicle purchasers.
Core Duties
Sell F&I Products and must menu sell. Training available.
Participate in consistent training program.
Complete customer paperwork.
Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
Ensure Federal and State compliance when dealing with customers and their private information.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months F&I Management experience.
Looking for a rookie in F&I with ambition who wants to take our training program and excel in a great environment.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Ignite (Reynolds Reynolds) experience preferred; IOS / Apple products and platforms.
Advanced knowledge of F&I Best Practices required.
Communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to make presentations to customers.
Certificates and Licenses
AFIP Certified F&I Professional preferred but not required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Physical Requirements
Sitting, near vision use for reading and computer use for extended periods of time.
Lifting (approximately 20 to 30 pounds), bending, and other physical exertion.
