What you'll do...JOB SUMMARYResponsible for developing, planning and managing implementation of activities for extremely complex products with very broad scope, high impact and long implementation time frames. Lead both the technology as well as the business change required, while ensuring that day-to-day operations keep functioning flawlessly during the transition. Consult with product sponsors, participants, stakeholders and customers to review product proposals including goals, time frames, and funding limitations. Ensure that product goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. Develop and manage product budgets and marketing integration. Responsible for managing the product teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned products including the business change as well as the technology conversion. Act as a single point of contact for assigned products.Deliver products on time and on budget with superior quality.Coordinate all activities with, and report regularly to IT and Business senior leadership teams.Participate in and/or direct on Product Boards.Work in partnership with business leaders to obtain and commit necessary associate resources at the appropriate time, level, and expertise to support the products.Ensure compliance with corporate product management office, using appropriate product management tools, processes and procedures.Manage the product budget, putting in place financial disciplines and ensuring their execution to meet or beat budget.Manage the overall vendor relationship and ensure their delivery, on time and on budget.Responsible for the delivery of all technology components (applications, interfaces, data center and network).Use outstanding influence leadership skills, work closely with other senior leaders to ensure all technology is coordinated for on time delivery.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.12 years, business, and/or consulting experience9 years of product management experienceProduct management experience to include experience leading very large mission critical products that involve significant business and technology change.Experience leading large teams in a matrix management environment with demonstrated record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.Ability to be an effective leader in a fast paced pressure environment.Experience developing and managing product budgets.IT and/or business consulting experience to include short-term and long-range strategic planning, budgeting, systems analysis and design.Experience developing and negotiating partnerships with external vendor/ suppliers.Expertise managing outsourcing service agreement including design and tracking of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Strong knowledge of business case development including cost/benefit analysis, NPV, and current and future state assessment.Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences.Superior supervisory skills with the ability to oversee tasks delegated to subordinates.Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, SOX, etc.) and governance issues.Preferred QualificationsMBA.Experience in Big 5/6 consulting environment.Tax or financial background.PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent.What you'll bring to the team...Education:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.Work Experience:Ability to analyze data, plan, and coordinate multiple projects and work initiatives while meeting deadlines.Experience with cost benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases.8 years Minimum related work experience.Product management experience to include experience leading large mission critical products that involve significant business and technology change.Ability to work with external vendors.Ability to interact effectively in a matrix environment and with all levels within the company.Experience developing and managing product budgets.Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), etc.) and governance issues.Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below.
