The Customer Support Representative's responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to respond appropriately under pressure. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales processes.Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and ticket processIdentify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresEscalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal withAnalyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customersShare feature requests and effective workarounds with team membersFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedRequirements and Skills:1+ years of experience in a software customer support roleExperience in Microsoft Office - all productsFamiliarity with accounting is a plusExperience using help desk software and remote support toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesWe Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive health and dental benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesContinuing EducationGreat colleagues and collaborationThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
