This role requires a visionary mindset to build strong client relationships, retain business, and continuously improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead with integrity, making data-driven decisions to enhance client retention and overall performance.LocationThis position offers a hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. Office days will be based at our Vadnais Heights, MN location.Key ResponsibilitiesClient RetentionDesign and implement client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.Proactively identify and address risks or opportunities in client retention, using strategic thinking to develop solutions.Client Relationship ManagementRepresent the company to clients and prospective clients as necessary.Ensure that service levels exceed client expectations.Act as a leader in client meetings, offering strategic recommendations to optimize project outcomes.People ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback to drive employee growth and performance.Foster a collaborative work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to achieve both individual and team goals.Digital Innovation and Strategic GrowthChampion the use of digital tools and platforms to create new value for the business, staying ahead of technological advancements.Lead digital projects by setting clear goals, measuring ROI, and strategically aligning digital initiatives with broader organizational objectives.Identify and integrate new tools to enhance business outcomes and provide forward-thinking solutions.Analyze KPIsLead efforts to gather and analyze key performance indicators related to client retention and growth.Use critical thinking to assess data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations for improvement.QualificationsExperience managing a service center or in a client-facing role within Sales, Account Management, or Consulting.Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward strategic objectives.Experience in Accounts Receivable Management preferred.Experience with Salesforce automation tools, including configuration, workflow automation, and process optimization.IC System is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes a drug-free work environment.
