We employ a comprehensive, planning-based approach to meet the specific needs of the families we serve. Our clients include many successful private business owners, professional athletes, and senior executives at leading public companies across the country. Working with a small, select group of clients allows us to maintain the intimacy of a boutique, while offering the global resources of a large investment firm.We created a custom approach using a platform of 13 Wealth Management Issues. These issues define our Wealth Planning process and help ensure that our clients’ entire wealth plan is reviewed, optimized, and integrated. We created a wealth portal called The WealthCompendium. It is the synthesis of our process.The individuals on our team offer a broad range of subject matter experience, including financial and tax planning, asset allocation and portfolio management, trust and estate planning, and concentrated stock and liability management. Our partners have earned both the Certified Financial Planner designation, as well as the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation. We apply our knowledge, resources, integrity, and commitment daily.Our practice is designed to deliver the same sophisticated services to multiple affluent families that individual family offices deliver to the single family it is created for. Our suite of services is custom matched to where you are in the “life-cycle” of your professional career. Whether you need us for wealth management or life management, we are on your team. Greet and service clients while developing positive client relationshipsAdminister client accountsResolve and process all client inquiries and requestsPrioritize and organize workflow, and collaborate in all facets of the operations and administration of client accountsProcess new accounts by obtaining all necessary approvals and ensuring all client documentation is returned, completed, and approvedManage our client onboarding experienceDeliver above and beyond service, thinking uniquely about each clientWhat You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in Financial ServicesBA/BS degree in finance or related work experienceExperience working in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Fidelity/Schwab Custodian experience but not requiredFlexible and willing to perform other tasks as assignedWhat We Offer
