We hold each other accountable for goals, and support each other to provide our clients with a unique experience catered to their individual needs.This is an in-office Monday - Friday position.What You’ll DoProvide customer service to clients and handle the administration of client financial accounts including financial transactions.Prioritize and organize workflows, and collaborate in all facets of operations.Prepare important documents and PowerPoint-based presentations for client meetings.Help set up new investment accounts – drafting emails, preparing customer welcome materials, account distributions, and other onboarding tasks.Respond to questions regarding accounts and procedures.Offer administrative and office management support to the team.Coordinate current client and prospective client communications.Help with data collection, data input, and presentations for financial planning.Maintain client files within Salesforce CRM system.Assist the partners/advisors in developing a marketing plan.Help complete marketing-related functions.Manage daily administrative tasks related to client communication and marketing efforts.Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.Coordinate with the Hightower marketing design and content teams to create digital and print advertising material.Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events.Prepare reports on marketing metrics, sales metrics, and consumer behavior data.What You’ll Bring1+ years of experience in Financial Services (including internships involving customer service or financial analysis).1+ years of experience in marketing or related field.Experience using MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and organize workflow.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.Self-starter and able to work independently.Superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.Salesforce, Canva, Adobe, and Social Media experience preferred.BA/BS degree in finance or related field preferred.What We OfferBonus program based on both individual and company performance.401k/Profit Sharing Plan.Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.Paid holidays.Vacation and PTO days.Salary range: $60,000-$80,000 per year.Hightower Story:Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations, and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations.
