About You

You are a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams. You take ownership of your team’s success. You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and recruiting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are when amongst friends. You’re always second-to-none. You do everything with excellence and expect the same from your team. A creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting your numbers even when that means thinking outside the box, trying a new approach, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

About the Role

This role reports to the Director of Sales and the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for improving the penetration of our fiber optic broadband service within the assigned residential territory. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results spanning multiple channels including D2D, B2B, table top events, residential agents, multifamily, and more.

Responsibilities

Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, multifamily, and community engagement); tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement

Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory.

Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiber optic internet

Travel throughout the State

Minimum Requirements

Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive, and continuously improving

1+ years of experience in residential telecommunications (cable, telco, or fiber) sales experience with demonstrated success

3+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams

Deep understanding and ability to comprehend and produce accurate sales trends, forecasts, and uncover opportunities within the KPIs

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content creation/communication skills

Exhibits sound business judgment, emotional intelligence, and has a proven ability to influence others

Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
