Our Supply Chain teams have access to a variety of operating models within the Tropicana Brands Group and Corporate environments; meaning you could support power brands such as Tropicana, Naked Juice, KeVita, and Izze and still work within the same company! Below are some highlights:Experience various assignments in Production, Warehouse Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Transportation Engineering, Customer Integration, Commercialization, and Supply Chain Strategy.Ability to move rapidly through increasing levels of responsibility, including managerial positions, based on performance.Support various components and activities spanning the project management life cycle, such as business case analysis, detailed requirements, software design/testing/deployment, and issues management.Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.Work on large projects and manage time and effort without the need for constant supervision.Learn various statistical modeling and develop reporting tools.Gain valuable insights between manufacturing & distribution/selling.Requirements:Anticipated Bachelor’s degree completion between December 2024 and May 2025 in Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, Finance, and Business Management (other related majors will be considered).Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off-campus).Previous experience in an operations environment (on- or off-campus; either through employment or academic clubs).Must be located or willing to relocate to Bradenton, FL, or Chicago, IL.Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required, OR willingness to be onsite daily depending on team needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work product.Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
