Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, ability to influence, and strong, collaborative partnership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, results-driven environment.We are seeking a candidate based in the Bradenton, FL area. (Hybrid)Additional Responsibilities:Provide financial guidance and analytical support for yield and waste tracking and reporting.Provide leadership and support for all regulatory reporting requirements to USDA, FDOC, etc.Support the month-end close, monthly forecast, and annual plan process for multiple facilities.Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and provide insights to drive business results improvement in all areas of manufacturing.Support the development of the annual plan with cross-functional business partners by providing comprehensive analytics and actionable insights.Collaborate with the plant and cost accounting teams to ensure accurate product costing.Support and drive the ideation and implementation of a 3-year productivity pipeline for plants.Provide financial guidance and support to drive plant waste reductions and line efficiency improvements.Support the development and communication of accurate financial results and metrics to plant leadership teams in a timely manner.Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior leadership ensuring a high degree of accuracy and business insights.Conduct various forms of financial modeling in areas such as capacity, agile network, etc.Build strong, collaborative partnerships with cross-functional business partners across the organization including supply chain operations as well as corporate.Be a visible business partner throughout the sites including spending time on the plant floor with the operations teams.Identify and drive streamlined reporting, process, and system efficiencies with new ERP (S4).Develop and implement streamlined and actionable manufacturing dashboards and reporting.Support and drive the implementation of short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operations and transformation programs such as T4T.Requirements:Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus3-5 years in finance or accounting roles, CPG experience a plusOperations or Supply Chain experience, plant finance experience a plusExperience in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI a plusStrong Excel skills including financial modeling capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtremely versatile in ambiguous environment with drive for resultsExperience planning and leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environmentInquisitive and critical thinker with the ability to drive thought leadershipPossess a strong sense of urgency and ability to drive measurable resultsAble to tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategiesAbility to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts within an ambiguous, ever-evolving, fast-paced work environmentResults-driven team player with a passion for success!Benefits Overview:TBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, company-provided life, STD, and LTD insurance.
