Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain - Distribution n to support our North America Distribution organization. Distribution finance plays an important role in analyzing, planning, and forecasting the P&L related to the storage of our portfolio of products. The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain - Distribution provides the financial insight into business performance drivers and prepares analyses providing the financial expertise and recommendations to finance leadership and functional business partners that enable effective decision-making within the business. The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain - Distribution will support the distribution organization across Tropicana Brands Group. This includes, but is not limited to, providing overall support for the annual operating plan, period end results, and forecast, along with financial analysis and reporting on P&L and balance sheet line items. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ability to build strong, collaborative business partnerships across the organization is critical.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead/support close processes including variance explanations to forecast, plan, and prior year.
  • Identify risks and opportunities via insights into business trends and the current environment.
  • Manage and update close and forecast models to deliver key insights and analytics to drive improved business performance.
  • Partner with operations team in maintaining and developing reporting providing financial insights and support to enable supply chain partners to meet their financial objectives.
  • Provide tracking and reporting of key financial metrics to drive business performance.
  • Lead annual plan development by working closely with business units and supply chain partners to understand key trends, metrics and drivers of change to the business.
  • Collaborate with our distribution partners to Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team's overall efficiency, depth of insight, accuracy, etc.
  • Provide strong analytics to validate productivity project savings and lead the tracking and reporting of annual targets.
  • Lead and/or assist in performing ad-hoc analyses as requested to support innovation, cost savings, and other initiatives supporting the full brand portfolio.
  • Provide financial support and leadership on various initiatives including Supply Chain Transformation (T4T) and DTCV.
  • Drive enhancements and optimization of reporting and data processes using S4 and PBI.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships.


Location: Bradenton, Florida (Hybrid)

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years in finance or accounting, CPG experience a plus
  • Distribution or other supply chain finance experience preferred
  • Experience in SAP or Oracle. Power BI a plus
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify and communicate potential opportunities and risks
  • Flexible and able to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely versatile in fast-paced ambiguous environment with drive for results
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, proactiveness, and drive for results
