Our client is looking to add a Manager, Supply Chain Finance. The role will be in office Downtown and offer excellent compensation and benefits package including unlimited PTO and fully paid health care for employee and family. đź’°
• Partner with and influence functional area experts to establish annual operating plans, ongoing monthly forecasts and related KPIs, and perform ad hoc analysis
• Lead cross-functional key stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Project Mgmt., IT) to ensure groups are aligned around key financial and operational objectives
• Manage executive level reporting for performance monitoring and reporting for field teams to meet business and operational needs
• Analyze inventory flow and impacts to supply chain and adjust if necessary to optimize SC efficiency
• Define key inventory, procurement and sourcing targets and drive processes to meet targets
• Analyze variances in financial and operational drivers
• Become the Finance lead for all aspects of company's sourcing, supply chain and operations initiatives.
• Responsible to drive cost productivity, CAPEX, working capital, and fixed asset controls across all manufacturing sites and warehouses
• Support development of supply chain finance policies and procedures
• Participate in SAP ERP and Coupa refinement including testing, training development and business process refinement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • 5-7 or more years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Demonstrated understanding of key financial concepts, including but not limited to, financial statements, cash flow, net present value, and return on investment
  • Experience working with procurement, operations and project team members on development and analysis of cost standards
  • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Experience working for Energy/construction companies strongly preferred
