Schedule - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

• Experience with "Strategic Sourcing Techniques" such as managing value stream, lean concepts, contractual alternatives, and buying theories. Knowledge of any purchasing tool, such as Coupa, is a plus.
• The ability to demonstrate proven results with contract reading, writing and negotiation.
• A strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong presentation skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field. MBA will be plus.

- Streamlined procurement processes, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced operational costs.
- Implemented strategic sourcing initiatives that enhanced the overall supply chain management within the dental network.
- Established and maintained positive relationships with key vendors, facilitating a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership. Monitored and analyzed purchasing trends, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement in procurement practices
- Managing a procurement budget, year over year, consisting of dental and operational commodities.
- Meeting with new and preferred Vendors regularly and discussing product, comparing and negotiating pricing based upon annual volume and setting up accounts.
- Reviewing and approving all dental and office supply purchases made by each practice and keeping each Practice within a monthly percentage budget.
- Creating an annual Capital Expenditure budget for our Group consisting of each Practice's upcoming large and small dental equipment, software and IT needs.
- Source Vendors for new and consolidation of Practices.
- Review contractual agreements with Business Service Suppliers and request competitive quotes from Brokers to assure complete coverage and cost savings.
