We take a comprehensive, business-first view to address strategy, customer value, user experiences, processes, technology and operational impacts in tandem.Your key responsibilitiesDemonstrate in-depth functional and technical capabilities around EAM and PM disciplines, and possess strong business acumen.Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.Stay up to date on new asset management (plant maintenance) trends, leading practices and technologies.Work in a team environment.Skills and attributes for successOn your typical engagement, you will work with the key client stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on solutions across EAM and PM. You will perform requirements gathering and solution development activities, and at times will liaise with the client stakeholders and EY/client technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and support enabling technology configurations.To qualify for the role you must haveA bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 2 years of related work experience.At least 1 year of experience working in EAM/PM role(s).Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.Ideally, you will also havePrior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience in EAM and PM.Relevant experience in oil and gas or industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metals.Experience working with at least one leading Asset Management technology platform (e.g. SAP asset management, Maximo).What we look forKnowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to EAM and PM.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $176,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,500 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
