Creating authentic guest experiences through a high level of attention and serviceResponsible for efficient and effective management of the bowling alleyEnsure quality in service, both in production and executionResponsible for all functional areas of operations managementFinancial reporting, evaluation and analysisUtilization of data/resources to understand/report business performanceResponsible for coaching and mentoring team and managing all HR issuesProviding appropriate documentation and employee development for all staffOversee and maintain all in-house cash handling proceduresQualifications:
1+ year Assistant GM or GM experience or kitchen manager with bar management background including P&L management and labor costComfortable managing and coaching peoplePrivate events experienceMust be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in lengthMust have a good sense of balance and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and traysWe Offer:
