Benefits:Bonus based on performanceEmployee discountsHealth insurancePaid time offMinimum Qualifications:Minimum three years experience in a HIGH VOLUME, full-service, fine dining establishmentFull on-floor management experienceWorking in concert with the Chef/GM in all aspects of the kitchen/restaurantMenu development, food cost, kitchen organization, labor costs, etc.Responsible for wine program, including wine list and inventory, usage of wine knowledge for guest interaction, staff training and tastings, purveyor relations, and overall wine salesComplete understanding of RS accounting and financial system, including opening and closing paperwork, weekly submittals, etc.Maintain and improve restaurant standards (FOH staff, BOH staff, restaurant appearance & maintenance)Ability to communicate with guests, employees, and vendors in a clear, concise, and expert mannerKnowledge of FOH operations - food, beverage, inventory, ordering, supervision, etc.Experience managing a beverage/wine program is a plusAbility to support FOH and BOH staff, coordinate daily restaurant operationsExperience in marketing/sales, business development in restaurant setting is a plusDesire for improvement, advancement, and developmentAbility to work under pressure, in stressful situationsElevate and uphold personal standards and work ethics, including personal appearance, hygiene, punctuality, leadership, etc.Responsible behaviors in relation to product tasting and consumptionAssist in all areas of bar operation (menus, trainings, organization, inventory)Working with the Chef and GM to continue the success of 801 ChophouseUphold standard of 801 image and reputation on and off-premise, including confidentiality of all company business, procedures, and policiesAssist in the development of 801 brand and sister conceptsCandidates should have a strong sense of hospitality, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work as a TEAMMust be available 7 days a week
